Mechanical spare part developer- Aftermarket
Job Description
We are looking for a passionate engineer to join our team! The team work today with distributing spare parts, accessories, service and repair methods and special tools. Your responsibilities will include to define and present the range of spare parts needed by an optimal component breakdown with respect to technology, functionality, quality, cost of ownership and sustainability. You will also monitor activities in new car projects and run changes as well as collect data and prepare it for further processing. Additionally, the role also includes editorial production and development of future information products.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. and/or M.Sc. in Mechanical, electronic, mechatronic engineering or equivalent
- Experience in mechanical design and development
- Experience within the automotive industry
- Experience and knowledge of CAD, CATIA
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, material science, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical data, perform calculations
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish (both written and spoken)
