Aircraft Quality Researcher

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Quality Inspector to join our client´s team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all maintenance program requirements, conducting aircraft inspections, and supporting quality leadership in maintaining airworthiness.

Research and capture all maintenance program requirements, including Inspection Programs, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness.
Conduct thorough inspections and analyze maintenance documentation to determine the exact configuration of specific aircraft.
Organize and deliver detailed maintenance reports to customers.
Support Quality Inspectors by performing inspection duties and returning aircraft to service as required.
Ensure all work packages, maintenance records, and regulatory documentation (FAA, FAR/CAA, etc.) are accurately completed and approved.
Perform walk-around inspections for aircraft release and verify all airworthiness requirements before return to service.
Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance performance and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License (required).
5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience (corporate or commercial jets).
1+ year of experience on Bombardier aircraft (preferred).
1+ year of experience as an Aircraft Quality Inspector (preferred).
Strong problem-solving and planning skills to resolve issues effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting high-quality standards.
Experience using measurement tools, hand tools, and test equipment.
Proficiency in interpreting regulatory documents such as FAR, CAA, FAA AD, SB, CFR, and TCDS.
Working knowledge of SAP and maintenance tracking systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
