About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction activities for a large-scale Photovoltaic Power Plant project, including the development of a 400/110 kV transformer station and underground power cable network.

The Site Supervisor will ensure that all works are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved designs, technical standards, and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) requirements.

Scope of the Project

The works mainly include the following:

• Civil works and access roads

• Railway undercrossings, watercourses, and road crossings

• External and internal installations for buildings

• Electrical and technological installations

• Integrated security system

Key Responsibilities

Construction Supervision

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, and HSSE requirements.

• Lead and support discipline-specific supervisors and HSSE specialists to monitor progress, safety, and quality of work.

• Conduct regular inspections, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and maintain punch lists.

• Monitor progress in accordance with the Execution Programme and project schedule.

• Participate in weekly coordination and technical meetings with contractors and project stakeholders.

• Support audits and ensure compliance with HSSE and environmental protection plans.

Technical Documentation Implementation

• Ensure that all works are performed in accordance with the approved engineering and construction documentation.

• Review and approve work programs, progress schedules, and technical procedures.

• Verify that all materials and equipment used comply with approved specifications and quality standards.

• Conduct and witness inspections, tests, and verification of works at key stages.

• Ensure that qualified and certified personnel carry out construction activities.

• Identify and request correction of errors, defects, or non-conformities during execution, and verify their proper remediation.

• Monitor implementation of corrective actions and ensure compliance with inspection reports.

• Oversee accurate documentation of all activities in the Site Journal and project records.

• Supervise the restoration of work areas and environmental protection measures, including waste management and pollution control.

• Participate in the handover of completed work stages, verifying documentation, quality, and completeness.

• Prepare or validate periodic progress reports, quality reports, and final completion documentation.
