Powertrain Integration Specialist
Job Description
- Collaborate with the Propulsion System and related departments to ensure designs, validations, and tests meet project goals (cost, quality, performance, and timing) for the current model’s lifecycle, derivatives, or new models
- Manage development timelines and KPIs for powertrain integration components, propulsion systems, software, and calibration
- Plan and oversee development activities for new and derivative projects, model years, special series, and product requests, ensuring alignment with project targets and timelines
- Monitor the consistency of hardware implementation plans and development schedules
- Coordinate the Propulsion System team to meet BOM and change management process requirements
- Ensure product cards or component designs align with project targets and PE functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent fields
- At least 1 year of experience in similiar position within the automotive industry
- B2 level of english proficiency
- Interest in automotive topics with knowledge of engine, transmission, emissions, or alternative fuels
- Problem-solving, process management, and team leadership skills
- Familiarity with ICT tools (e.g., PLM, Siemens NX, Catia) is preferred
- Customer-focused with strong persuasion skills
