Seat Assembly Process & Tooling Supervisor

Job Description

Being responsible for the detailed design, manufacturing and installation of the whole seat components assembly process
Work with equipment manufacturer on the automation layout to incorporate all quality requirements
Optimize the efficiency of operators working with Industrial engineering department
Coordinate with Logistics on material flow subjects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in the automotive seat manufacturing industry (major manufacturers)
Extensive knowledge and technical expertise in the assembly process and equipment used in seat manufacturing.
Strong background in process, production, and quality control within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a proactive and productive work environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
