Quality Analysis Pilot (PAQ)
Job Description
As a Quality Analysis Pilot (PAQ), you’ll deploy advanced quality management tools and contribute to the qualification of incoming parts.
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage visual control ranges for reception parts.
- Qualify incoming parts for aspect, compliance, and assembly.
- Drive the APQP/PPAP process for parts within the scope.
- Innovate by exploring and implementing palliative solutions.
- Formalize and monitor derogations through established systems.
- Ensure seamless supplier measurement correlations using Mapiex.
💼 Skills & Expertise:
- Strong understanding of APQP/PPAP and Supplier Quality Manuals.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and control processes.
- Expertise in resolving defaults in production workflows.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- PLM Web (APQP + ECR/Issue Management)
- SIGAPP/SIAM
- Excel & PowerPoint (XLS, PPT)
📊 KPIs You’ll Drive:
- 100% compliance of strategic parts.
- High correlation accuracy with supplier measurements using Mapiex.
Qualifications
- Engineer or Technician with relevant training.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- At least 2 years of experience in the automotive field, ideally with Stellantis as a client.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Accustomed to working in the field environment with a hands-on approach.
