Sr. Specialist AI Integration (m/f/d)

Job Description

Develop AI Strategies: Create and implement AI strategies that align with the organization's business goals and implement AI use cases that bring value to the business
AI Community & Training: Establish an AI-savvy community with business and IT people and create training programs that further promote the utilization of AI within the business functions
Project Management: Lead AI project teams and coordinate with other departments for successful AI deployment
Integration & Tooling: Ensure the seamless integration of AI technologies with existing software and hardware platforms by closely collaborating with our corporate IT functions
Optimization: Monitor the performance of AI systems and make necessary adjustments for optimal functionality
Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, IT and software development teams to transform machine learning models into production-level code
Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for AI integrations, including technical design documents, reports and manuals
Compliance: Ensure all AI operations adhere to ethical guidelines and compliance regulations
Risk Management: Identify and manage opportunities and risks associated with AI deployments

Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification – HTL/FH/(Technical) University
Excellent knowledge about the architecture and application of common AI technology stacks, such as Microsoft Copilot or Azure AI Foundry
Proficiency in machine learning, data structures, algorithms and various AI technologies and platforms
Ability to address issues related to AI applications in a timely and effective manner
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud for data management and governance
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar
Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices
Stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements and technologies
Fluent proficiency in German (C1) and English

Additional Information:

The minimum salary, depending on education, ranges from € 3.729 to € 4.270 gross per month (14 x p.a.) based on full-time employment (38,5 hours per week). Depending on your specific professional experience, there is a willingness to significantly overpay.
