Junior Design Engineer

Job Description

Design and validation of POI/POE door parts and systems;
Engine & Gearbox Know how;
Proficient in Catia V5/V6 for 3D & 2D and handling New PDM tools;
Dimensional Stack Up;
Digital and physical model synthesis file;
Design rules knowledge and compliance with client's rules;
Feasibility and costing requests summary file (DFC);
DFC evaluation file for product modifications;
Engine mounts parts composition file;
File of all parts, with details of those assembled on the production line;
Synthesizing file architecture evolutions for all zones;
Technical convergence studies;
Updated technical problem analysis file with associated action plans;
Supplier document summary file (IMP, IMDS, drawings);
Summary file of assembly agreements;
Parts validation summary file;
Design calculations summary file;
Parts validation summary file.

Qualifications

Graduates / Master's students of faculties with a technical profile, preferred AR;
A first experience in the field of design is an advantage;
Knowledge of technical drawing;
Knowledge of CATIA V5;
Intermediate-advanced knowledge of English and/or French.
The role is based in Bucharest/Brasov.
