Internal validation (e. g. homologation, self certification), supplier validation or validation at external test house:

Planning and defining of all validation activities (internally and at supplier) for the responsible sub-systems
Application of the technical requirements for the responsible components and subsystems.
Following development processes and project timing.
Ensure availability of the required subsystem validation test material: hardware planning, identify hardware needs, request for offer for needed prototype parts, parts and kits constitution, BIW, Bucks& Kits ordering and tracking, part ordering and tracking, SCIL monitoring incl. cross-functional communication with affected departments e.g. RHN, SGV, DCHM
Align all affected teams to validation activities incl. cross-functional communication with affected departments e.g. RHN, SGV, DCHM
Advice, guidance and coordination of suppliers/external partners in relation to

Subsystem validation planning and execution

Support, Follow and sign APQP grid in PLM system or other specific Systems.
Check the suppliers/test house test equipment and test procedure
Controlling and review of the test results and reports. Controlling and reporting the status of the current supplier validation according to the fulfillment of the requirements and the scheduling.
The CV works as an expert for components and subsystem validation. In this role he/she is in contact with of different, Experts, Technical Specialist, ICMs, RPCs and / or planning engineers regarding the validation of the components and subsystems.
Complete mastering and application of white book and PIV plan.
Evaluation of requirements for components and sub-systems.
Conduct and guide supplier reviews to determine validation planning and manage approval of deviations in execution.
Review and approve supplier validation plans.
Checking validation results for test execution issues and root cause analyze.
Highlight test result issues to engineering for root cause analysis
Ensure a successful and complete validation of all requirements for the various project phases and for worldwide and regional validations, according to the defined planning and SOD.
Guarantee that all legal and inhouse requirements for the components or a subsystems are fulfilled during the validation and complete documentation of the fulfillment of the legal requirements are available.

Calificări

Bachelor Degree in a technical Field

Previous experience as a Project Engineer/ Lead Engineer in R&D automotive field

Previous experience on restraints/ passive safety

Negotiation skills with suppliers

Excellent communication skills in English

My role at SEGULA Technologies:

I am a Research Engineer and Head of the Special Edition Bus Implementation Department at IVECO. I meet the expectations of IVECO’s customers with regard to the interior fittings of buses that are outside the basic options. I follow up on studies carried out by the Special Edition Implementation team as well as following up vehicles on the production line at the Annonay plant.

My professional experience:

I joined Segula Technologies after graduating with an engineering degree in mid-2016 and have been working as a Research Engineer since then. I had completed my final internship at Segula on a research and innovation subject related to the design of a truck without a chassis.

My training:

I graduated from ENSIL Limoges as a Mechatronics Engineer (Bac +5 or master’s degree equivalent), with a specialisation in transport. During this course, I went to Sweden for an Erasmus semester at the University of Trollhättan.

My best project:

I had the opportunity to do a research internship at the University of Kent in 2015 and therefore to take part in the European COALAS project which aims to improve the quality of life of people suffering from a loss of autonomy by building on advances in robotics.

My assignment focused mainly on the concept of the autonomous and semi-autonomous navigation of electric wheelchairs. It was a very rewarding experience in terms of what our development could contribute.

My greatest passion:

I am passionate about horse riding, and particularly about three-day eventing which requires a lot of versatility on horseback by tackling the disciplines of jumping, dressage and cross-country. I also love to travel to discover the landscapes of the world, to be in contact with nature and different cultures. I am also passionate about music, which is the rhythm of my daily life.

My biggest dream:

I want to continue working in areas that allow me to improve people’s daily lives. In the long term, I want to be able to manage a team in order to bring out the best in everyone in their work. I also plan to combine my passion with my work, working internationally or in the equestrian field, by participating, for example, in the development of new means of transport for animals.

The best thing at SEGULA:

I chose to work at Segula Technologies because I was given the opportunity to work in a position that perfectly matched my expectations and thus to develop myself in the industrial field. In the near future, I would like to become a business driver so that I can continue to acquire knowledge and skills in different fields, both from a technical and a human issue point of view.
