Project Manager – PV Systems (Abu Dhabi UAE)
Job Description
Reporting To: Team Leader PV
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, acting as the main point of contact for clients.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive Project Execution Plans (PEP).
- Manage project scope, budget, schedule, quality, cash flow, and stakeholders effectively.
Planning & Coordination
- Plan workload and resource allocation in alignment with the project schedule.
- Organize and lead internal and external project meetings, including review workshops.
- Ensure discipline interfaces are well integrated to meet project objectives.
Monitoring & Compliance
- Supervise weekly and monthly progress reporting.
- Monitor compliance with applicable codes, QA/QC procedures, performance standards, and specifications.
- Identify project dependencies, critical paths, and manage risks with mitigation strategies.
Communication & Leadership
- Communicate project expectations and client requirements to team members clearly.
- Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members and subcontractors, fostering accountability.
- Build and maintain business relationships essential to project success.
Continuous Improvement
- Conduct “lessons learned” meetings to refine future project processes.
- Develop and implement best practices and tools for project execution and management.
- Support staff training and contribute to the development of Company-UEO’s capabilities.
Administrative & Technical Contributions
- Manage project proposals in line with tender requirements.
- Provide technical support to identify problems and implement corrective actions.
- Attend company-organized training courses and ensure IMS compliance.

Competency Requirements
Technical Skills
- Sufficient technical knowledge to recognize and address project challenges.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with basic skills in MS Project and Primavera.
- High awareness of safe working practices, particularly for large-scale facilities.

- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and build teams.
- Effective in managing multicultural and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Reliable, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
Communication & Problem Solving
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to follow through promptly.
