• Experience as Project Manager in technical or engineering projects

• Technical background in marine engines or electrical systems

• Experience with ship retrofit projects is a strong advantage

• Good project coordination and organizational skills

• Ability to work with international teams

• Good level of English (written and spoken)

• Location in Romania (Constanța preferred)
