Flying Doctor - Field Service Technician

Job Description

Maintenance of customer vehicles, troubleshooting and rectification with the support of SBC,
Continuing contact with customers and authorised workshops in the assigned area,
Cooperating and coordinating with different departments in Solaris (escpecially with Service, Warranty, Spare Parts),
Coordinating and operating the entire vehicle repair process,
Reporting to the internal departments to improve the quality of SOLARIS products through designated systems (eSNote),
Further development of theoretical and practical knowledge through participation in training courses, seminars and trade fairs.

Qualifications

Min. 3 years of experience in commercial vehicle / bus repair or heavy vehicle repair,
Experience and / or ability to work closely with customers
Technical education background
German on B2/C1 level is must have, good command of English would be a huge advantage
Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
Willingness to travel,
Team player with good communication skills
