Facility Security Manager (m/w/d)
Stellenbeschreibung
- Planung und Steuerung von technischen Projekten im Bereich Facility Management und Sicherheitstechnik
- Verantwortung für das Sicherheitskonzept am Standort im Sinne einer präventiv-effizienten Security & Safety Strategie
- Technische Optimierung und Koordination von Umbauarbeiten
- Optimale Personaleinsatzplanung inkl. Ressourcen-Steuerung
- Koordination der Haustechnik, Warenannahme, Lieferanten und Gewerken
- Unterstützung der Standortleitung sowie Organisation in technischen Belangen
- Mithilfe bei der Erstellung des Standort-Reports sowie bei Audits
- Technische Ansprechperson und Schnittstelle für Eigentümer, interne und externe Partner sowie Auditoren
- Ansprechperson für Environmental Health, Safety and Security (EHS&S) und für Abfallwirtschaftsthemen
Qualifikationen
- Bevorzugt abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder/und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Facility Management, Bautechnik, Security- & Safety Management, Projektmanagement o.ä.
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Haustechnik, Security Management
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Zusätzliche Informationen:
Das Bruttojahresgehalt für 38,5 Stunden nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Fahrzeugindustrie beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 3.329,62. Eine Überzahlung ist aufgrund von entsprechenden Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen gelebte Praxis.
