Driving Behaviour Analyst-Abu Dhabi (UAE)-6 Months Renewable Project

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Driving Behaviour Analyst with extensive experience in fleet management systems and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing driving behaviors, developing training programs, and optimizing fleet performance through data-driven insights. This role requires a strong background in coaching, training, and utilizing various tools to enhance driving KPIs and fleet management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze driving behavior data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to coach drivers on best practices and safe driving techniques.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to create reports, presentations, and dashboards for data visualization.
  • Monitor and manage driving KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for fleet performance improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff and drivers, ensuring they understand the importance of safe driving and the effective use of fleet management tools.
  • Collaborate with fleet management teams to develop and enhance tools and processes for data analysis and reporting.
  • Evaluate and refine training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in fleet management and driving behavior analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Analytics, Transportation Management).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management systems, data analysis, and coaching/training.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of driving KPIs and fleet management tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and influence behavior change.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
