Stellenbeschreibung

Ermittlung der schweiß- und prüftechnischen Projektanforderungen, Machbarkeitsprüfung und Überleitung dieser Anforderungen in ein Schweißkonzept (Werkstoffe, Schweißverfahrensauswahl, Festlegung Schweißnahtprüfungen, ...)
Festlegung der Schweißprozesse und Planung deren Qualifikation (Qualifikationspläne, Schweißanweisungen - WPS)
Beratung hinsichtlich Werkstoffauswahl
Beauftragung/Überwachung von Schweißqualifikationsabläufen und Zusammenfassung der Ergebnisse - Verfahrensprüfberichte - WPQR
Qualifizierung/Überwachung/Einsatzplanung von Schweißpersonal Aerospace
Schweißaufsicht für den Bereich Aerospace
Planung und Abnahme von Schweißanlagen
Sicherstellung Betriebszulassungen (ISO 3834-2, Nadcap)
Untersuchung und Einführung neuer Schweißverfahren
Schweißtechnische Auswahl/Freigabe/Weiterentwicklung von Lieferanten
Durchführung von visuellen Schweißnahtprüfungen

Qualifikationen

HTL mit Berufserfahrung, FH oder TU Absolvent Fachrichtung Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
Ausgebildeter Schweißtechnologe – EWE/IWE gemäß DIN EN ISO 14731 zwingend erforderlich!
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Schweißtechnik vorzugsweise im Industrieanlagenbau (Erfahrungen in Luftfahrtindustrie sind vom Vorteil)
Kenntnisse der ISO9001, ISO 3834-2
Kenntnisse in Regelwerken und Standards (DGR, Schweiß- und Prüfnormen, …)
Erfahrungen in schweißtechnischer Konstruktion und Prüfplanung
Gute EDV-Kenntnisse: Windows Office, MS-Word, MS-Excel
Deutsch (C1) und Englisch – Verhandlungssicher, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
Flexibilität, Mobilität sowie eine hohe Kundenorientierung
Analytische und umsetzungsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Selbstorganisation und Stressresistenz
Kommunikative, teamorientierte und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit

Zusätzliche Informationen:

Das Mindestgehalt liegt je nach Ausbildung auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) bei € 4.000,-- brutto pro Monat (14 x p. a.).
