Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a commercially minded internal Talent Acquisition Manager to support our Business Managers across our main sectors (Automotive, Rail, Aerospace, Oil & Gas) to deliver exceptional people and solutions to new and on-going projects. Prior talent acquisition/recruitment experience is a must. This role is crucial to ensuring our current growth plan through 2025 and beyond.

The role is not one delivering a huge number of hires, instead we deliver specialist teams across our sectors. You will also spend time developing your network and market knowledge and be able to drive that expertise back into the business. 

This role will mainly focus on delivering key hires to projects, typical duties include:

  • Pre-screening candidates - via phone and MS Teams.
  • Headhunting rare engineering skills.
  • LinkedIn/Job board screening.
  • Talent pooling.
  • Writing engaging job adverts.
  • Relationship building with internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding project requirements.
  • Meeting external Clients to understand business needs
  • Engaging and recruiting internationally based candidate. .

We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager. The successful candidate would ideally be based out of the Midlands for occasional trips to the Office, however the role could also be remote.
