Job Description

This is a role for a Payroll Executive located in Mexico City, near of angel de la independencia. The payroll executive will be responsible for administrate HR payroll functions, benefits administration, IMSS and Infonavit manage.

Responsibilities

Handling of payroll-related activities (payroll calculation, settlement calculation, etc)
IMSS law and INFONAVIT law knowledge
Analysis and reconciliation of payroll through all internal systems
Investigation of complicated payroll cases
Cross-functional work with other departments
Dealing with audit requests and participating in regular meetings with external and internal auditors

Qualifications

Requirements

Bachelor’s in economic education (Finance/Accounting or Administration)
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as Payroll Accountant Analyst (or higher)/ Senior Payroll Specialist
English intermediate ideal B2
Excellent MS office skills, especially Excel
Working experience with ERP systems
