Job Description
This is a role for a Payroll Executive located in Mexico City, near of angel de la independencia. The payroll executive will be responsible for administrate HR payroll functions, benefits administration, IMSS and Infonavit manage.
Responsibilities
- Handling of payroll-related activities (payroll calculation, settlement calculation, etc)
- IMSS law and INFONAVIT law knowledge
- Analysis and reconciliation of payroll through all internal systems
- Investigation of complicated payroll cases
- Cross-functional work with other departments
- Dealing with audit requests and participating in regular meetings with external and internal auditors
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in economic education (Finance/Accounting or Administration)
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as Payroll Accountant Analyst (or higher)/ Senior Payroll Specialist
- English intermediate ideal B2
- Excellent MS office skills, especially Excel
- Working experience with ERP systems
