Production Compliance Engineer – Automotive (M/F)

Job Description

Within our design office, you will lead and coordinate automotive industry projects, ensuring compliance with production processes. Your role will involve both supplier qualification and assembly line validation, coordinating technical teams to ensure adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities

Project Coordination and Governance

- Organize and lead steering committees: scheduling, milestones, and progress updates.

- Prepare, structure, and distribute meeting materials: reports, compliance indicators, and dashboards.
Technical Project Management

- Coordinate internal teams and external service providers, and ensure effective technical communication within the scope.

- Identify and facilitate the resolution of technical and regulatory discrepancies.
Industrial Compliance Monitoring

- Ensure the application and continuous update of standards and regulatory frameworks.

- Support and assist in conducting internal audits.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Industrial, Quality, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in industrial project management, ideally in the automotive sector.

Skills

Strong ability to lead technical meetings and steering committees.
Pedagogical approach to simplify complex topics.
Results-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
Good knowledge of industrial manufacturing and control processes.

Interpersonal Skills

Natural leadership, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent writing skills and ability to deliver impactful summaries.
Proficient in English (for communication with international sites).

Location: Berges du Lac 2
Contract type: Permanent (CDI), or eligible for CIVP.
