Job Summary
The Network Training Reporting & Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, consolidating, and analyzing training data across the companies' global network. This role involves building automated dashboards, generating periodic and ad-hoc KPIs for internal and external stakeholders, and collaborating with international performance leads to continuously optimize reporting processes.
Data Collection & KPI Reporting:
Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources (including LMS) to track network training performance across countries, regions, and projects.
Partner with Country Performance Leads to gather required data, justify results, and ensure data accuracy.
Dashboarding & Deliverables:
Design, automate, and maintain periodic and ad-hoc management dashboards and key performance summaries.
Map and track training KPIs at global, regional, country, and project levels (product and trade/métier).
Process Optimization & System Tracking:
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to simplify data processing, improve reliability, and streamline reporting workflows.
Monitor the evolution of reporting tools (LMS) and update operational documentation and procedures (guides, tracking reports).
Profile
Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Data Analysis, Performance Reporting, and KPI Management
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Power Query/Power Pivot) and VBA
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and business intelligence/dashboarding techniques
Strong analytical and synthesis skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
Languages: business fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
