Mission

  • End-to-end recruiting: Management of the entire recruiting process from needs analysis and contract offer to onboarding support.
  • Executive Partnering: Close collaboration with hiring managers to analyze staffing needs, job requirements, and priorities in workforce planning.
  • Active Sourcing: Targeted identification, approach and acquisition of qualified sales talent via various sourcing channels.
  • Pre-selection: Review of application documents as well as conducting initial candidate assessments and telephone interviews.
  • Talent pipeline: Continuous development and maintenance of a strong network and sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Job advertisement management: Coordination and placement of job advertisements on relevant recruiting platforms and professional networks.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local labor law and internal HR guidelines in all recruiting activities.
  • Data maintenance: Continuous and precise maintenance of candidate and recruiting data in the applicant management system (ATS).
  • Profile

  • Recruiting-Erfahrung: Erfahrung in der Steuerung von High-Volume- oder wachstumsorientierten Recruiting-Projekten in Europa.
  • Prozesskompetenz: Fundiertes Verständnis von End-to-End-Recruiting-Prozessen und der Interview-Koordination.
  • Systemkenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit Bewerbermanagementsystemen (ATS) und Sourcing-Tools wie LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Organisation & Stakeholder-Management: Ausgeprägte Organisationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, erfolgreich mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu kommunizieren.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch; weitere europäische Sprachen sind ein Plus.
