Technical Project Coordinator
Job Description
- Project coordinator responsible for organizing and executing process development activities.
- Run statistical analyses, run engineering reports, coordinate builds, material inspections.
- Works with suppliers to coordinate part shipments, print to part issues, alignment with incoming inspection.
- Will be required to comply with documentation procedures and appropriate engineering standards.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical projects.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate project progress.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
- Support the project manager in identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Help ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions and problem-solving discussions.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, providing updates to the project team and management.
Qualifications
- A strong technical and statistics background is required.
- Engineering degree preferred, not required.
- Good communication skills required.
- Preferred familiarity with medical device manufacturing.
- Must be able to follow and explain detailed instruction and inspection procedures.
- Advanced data analysis to ensure accuracy.
