Technical Project Coordinator

Job Description

Project coordinator responsible for organizing and executing process development activities.
Run statistical analyses, run engineering reports, coordinate builds, material inspections.
Works with suppliers to coordinate part shipments, print to part issues, alignment with incoming inspection.
Will be required to comply with documentation procedures and appropriate engineering standards.
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical projects.
Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely delivery.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate project progress.
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
Support the project manager in identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Help ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions and problem-solving discussions.
Track project milestones and deliverables, providing updates to the project team and management.

Qualifications

A strong technical and statistics background is required.
Engineering degree preferred, not required.
Good communication skills required.
Preferred familiarity with medical device manufacturing.
Must be able to follow and explain detailed instruction and inspection procedures.
Advanced data analysis to ensure accuracy.
