Engine Systems Design Engineer

Job Description

Generation of concept and design development, drawings of product and Create 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software.
Prepare detailed design drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical documentation.
Ensure drawing revision control and proper documentation standards
Following technical standards, methodologies of project / calculation and the necessary legislation to their own area of expertise, representing the reference organization's discipline.
Carrying out benchmarking, competitive analysis, monitoring technology and know-how of suppliers through technical meetings.
Ensuring design to meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. Participate in design reviews, DFMEA, and risk assessments.
Implementing cost reduction and value engineering initiatives, supporting sustainability and lifecycle optimization efforts.

Qualifications

Graduated from Mechanical or Automotive Engineering departments of universities,
Being able to use a foreign language (English) at an upper intermediate level.
At least two years’ design activity experience in OEM HVAC & Engine Systems components of HVAC, Cooling, Fuel, Air Intake, Exhaust products or simulation programs experience (Amesim, GT-Power, StarCCM)
Actively using PLM, Enovia, Catia, NX Unigraphics, Teamcenter, VisMockUp. In case of any PLM, Enovia, Catia, ECO/ECR, APQP, NX Unigraphics, Teamcenter, VisMockUp and other programs needed for activity
