Engine Systems Design Engineer
Job Description
- Generation of concept and design development, drawings of product and Create 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical documentation.
- Ensure drawing revision control and proper documentation standards
- Following technical standards, methodologies of project / calculation and the necessary legislation to their own area of expertise, representing the reference organization's discipline.
- Carrying out benchmarking, competitive analysis, monitoring technology and know-how of suppliers through technical meetings.
- Ensuring design to meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. Participate in design reviews, DFMEA, and risk assessments.
- Implementing cost reduction and value engineering initiatives, supporting sustainability and lifecycle optimization efforts.
Qualifications
- Graduated from Mechanical or Automotive Engineering departments of universities,
- Being able to use a foreign language (English) at an upper intermediate level.
- At least two years’ design activity experience in OEM HVAC & Engine Systems components of HVAC, Cooling, Fuel, Air Intake, Exhaust products or simulation programs experience (Amesim, GT-Power, StarCCM)
- Actively using PLM, Enovia, Catia, NX Unigraphics, Teamcenter, VisMockUp. In case of any PLM, Enovia, Catia, ECO/ECR, APQP, NX Unigraphics, Teamcenter, VisMockUp and other programs needed for activity
