My philosophy
My philosophy is based on a fundamental principle: continuous improvement. In aeronautics, safety and quality are essential, and I am convinced that every detail counts. My approach is to always strive for excellence, to encourage innovation in processes while remaining rigorous. I aspire to promote a culture where each member of the team feels responsible for quality, not only for the final product, but also for the processes that lead to it.
My role at SEGULA
As a quality manager, my role is to ensure that products meet the highest standards of safety and performance. This involves setting up and monitoring rigorous quality processes, supporting teams and managing internal and external audits. I work closely with the different teams to resolve quality issues upstream, and I ensure that all customer requirements and aeronautical standards are met.
My training
I didn’t follow a training course as such. I started at the bottom of the ladder in production, which enabled me to acquire over the years the technical and methodological skills necessary to evolve in this demanding sector. My experience has also taught me to approach challenges from different angles, combining technical analysis and process management.
My professional experience
Before joining SEGULA, I worked in various aeronautical companies where I developed expertise in quality management and product compliance. This allowed me to manage complex projects, implement quality systems and participate in the implementation of continuous improvement strategies. This career path has given me a global vision of the sector, enabling me to understand and resolve quality issues in a dynamic and highly technical environment.
- My passions
Outside of work, I love travelling to discover different cultures and visit historical places and monuments.
