Are you energetic, target-driven, and passionate about connecting business goals with top technical talent? As SEGULA expands its operations in Portugal, we are looking for a versatile Junior Consulting Sales & Talent Associate to play a pivotal role in our growth.
Your Mission with Us:
On the commercial front, you will identify key industrial accounts, map market opportunities, and establish trust-based relationships with executive decision-makers. You’ll keep a sharp eye on market trends to position SEGULA as a strategic engineering partner.
On the people front, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized engineering roles—sourcing, interviewing, and building an active pool of high-caliber technical professionals ready to drive our clients' innovations.
What You Bring to the Team:
Proven background or strong potential in B2B sales outreach alongside technical candidate recruitment.
Exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to present to corporate clients and interview senior talent.
Natural curiosity for engineering disciplines and technical solutions.
A proactive, resilient, and highly energetic mindset.
Professional fluency in written and spoken English (Spanish is a plus).
