Experience: The core automotive experience in BOM Management, Manufacturing Process Planning, and BOP authoring using Siemens Teamcenter. PLM / CAD / Simulation Tools: High proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter (TCe / Teamcenter Manufacturing / Process Planner / EasyPlan), FEDE, Teamcenter Visualization / VisMockup, and Microsoft Excel (Advanced macros/VLOOKUP). Exposure to Process Simulate, or SAP is an advantage. Automotive Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of vehicle assembly processes, automotive product structure, variant matrix management. Methodologies & Standards: Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, MOST/MODAPTS (time study methods), Line Balancing, PFMEA).
