Job Description
SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to support a major High-Speed Rail (HSR) infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing plant operations, coordinating production and construction support activities, optimizing operational performance and ensuring compliance with project quality, safety, schedule and cost requirements.
This position requires a strong technical and managerial background in large-scale construction or infrastructure plant operations, preferably within railway projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall plant operations and ensure efficient execution of activities in line with project requirements.
Develop operational plans, resource allocation strategies and performance objectives.
Coordinate plant production or operational activities with the project's construction schedule and delivery milestones.
Supervise plant personnel, technical teams and subcontractors.
Monitor operational performance, productivity, quality and resource utilization.
Ensure that plant activities comply with approved procedures, technical specifications and HSE requirements.
Implement preventive maintenance, operational controls and improvement initiatives as applicable to the facility.
Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Quality and HSE departments.
Identify operational risks, resource constraints and potential delays and implement corrective measures.
Manage operational budgets, cost performance and procurement needs.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and environmental requirements.
Prepare progress reports, KPIs and operational updates for project management.
Support mobilization, commissioning, operational readiness and handover activities where applicable.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical discipline.
Extensive experience managing plant operations on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
Proven experience in a Plant Manager, Operations Manager or equivalent senior operational position.
Strong knowledge of plant operations, production planning, resource management, operational efficiency and HSE.
Experience coordinating plant operations with major infrastructure construction schedules.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary operational teams.
Strong budgeting, planning, reporting and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience on major railway or High-Speed Rail infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
Experience working in an international project environment is an advantage.
Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
Mandatory Experience

General administrative management experience without direct plant operational responsibility will not be considered.
