Looking to shape the future of secure mobility? Geely Tech Europe is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist.
In this role within the Center of Expertise and Excellence Cybersecurity, you will take end-to-end responsibility for in-vehicle cybersecurity across the full product development lifecycle—from early threat modeling to hands-on verification.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and drive the vehicle cybersecurity case across active vehicle programs.
Perform Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) and lead technical design reviews.
Plan, execute, and evaluate cybersecurity verification and validation (V&V) activities.
Conduct joint cybersecurity reviews with external suppliers.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across several countries.
Drive internal awareness and champion cybersecurity best practices across the organization.

Mandatory Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience with in-vehicle automotive cybersecurity within the automotive industry
Deep familiarity with Secure In-Vehicle Communication, Secure Diagnostics, Secure Boot, Secure Logging, Code Signing, and Hardware Security Modules (HSM).
In-depth knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434 standards and UNECE R155 regulations.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles and embedded cybersecurity aspects.
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Desirable Skills:
Strong knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture.
Personal Attributes:
A pragmatic, proactive "can-do" mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, overcome technical roadblocks, and deliver under demanding timelines.
Cultural sensitivity and ease navigating cross-cultural enterprise environments (specifically Asian–European setups).
