使命
Create and maintain M-BOMs based on E-BOMs and engineering drawings.
Convert E-BOM structures into manufacturing-ready BOM structures.
Ensure correct part numbers, quantities, revisions, and configurations.
Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Production teams.
Define assembly structures, sub-assemblies, and manufacturing sequences.
Identify and resolve BOM discrepancies, missing parts, duplicates, and revision issues.
Support Engineering Change Orders (ECO/ECN) and implement changes in M-BOMs.
Maintain BOM accuracy in PLM/ERP systems such as Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
Support production during NPI (New Product Introduction) and product launches.
Review drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
Ensure M-BOMs reflect actual shop-floor manufacturing processes.
Participate in BOM audits and continuous-improvement activities.
Prepare BOM reports and maintain proper documentation.
