Job Description
The Payroll & Compliance Officer will manage payroll-processing activities and ensure compliance with UAE payroll regulations and the Wage Protection System.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly payroll.
- Maintain payroll records.
- Manage WPS payroll submissions.
- Verify payroll calculations.
- Coordinate salary adjustments and deductions.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance.
- Maintain employee payroll data.
- Ensure payroll transactions comply with UAE regulations.
- Support UAE payroll-related compliance.
- Maintain payroll reports and supporting documentation.
- Manage payroll administration within Bayzat.

Qualifications
- Proven UAE payroll experience.
- Hands-on WPS experience.
- Knowledge of UAE payroll regulations.
- Bayzat experience is required/highly preferred.
- Strong numerical accuracy.
- Strong confidentiality.
- Good HR/Finance coordination skills.
- Good English communication skills.
