Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Plant Maintenance & CMMS Lead to lead the maintenance workstream of a manufacturing process-improvement project.
The consultant will define the maintenance methodology, supervise the development of plant documentation and ensure that equipment data and maintenance schedules are ready for CMMS implementation and plant approval.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the assessment of plant maintenance standards and current practices.
- Define the methodology and templates for SMP development.
- Review and approve maintenance procedures prepared by the project team.
- Lead asset-criticality, equipment-hierarchy and coding reviews.
- Define the Prometeo machine-tree structure.
- Ensure alignment between physical equipment and CMMS records.
- Lead the preparation of Preventive and Autonomous Maintenance calendars.
- Establish task ownership, escalation and governance rules.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, plant SMEs and global stakeholders.
- Review risks, gaps, dependencies and open actions.
- Lead plant workshops and validation meetings.
- Ensure final deliverables receive plant-owner approval.

Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance, Reliability or Industrial Engineering.
- Between 10 and 15 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive manufacturing plant maintenance experience.
- Previous leadership of maintenance-improvement or CMMS projects.
- Advanced knowledge of maintenance procedures, asset structures and master data.
- Strong Prometeo, SAP PM or equivalent CMMS experience.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary plant workshops.
- Strong technical-writing and stakeholder-management capability.
- Professional English and Arabic communication skills.
