• Design and develop closures such as doors, hood, tailgate, and fenders in the Body-in-White (BIW) domain.
• Create and modify 3D CAD models and 2D drawings using tools like CATIA V5/V6.
• Ensure compliance with packaging, manufacturability, safety, and cost targets.
• Coordinate with CAE, stamping, tooling, manufacturing, and supplier teams.
• Resolve design issues and support engineering change management (ECNs/ECRs).
• Perform tolerance stack-up, gap & flush analysis, and design validation.
• Follow Renault-Nissan Alliance engineering standards and product development processes.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of BIW closure systems (Door, Hood, Tailgate).
• CATIA V5/V6, Teamcenter/PLM experience.
• GD&T, sheet metal design, welding, hemming, and joining methods.
• Understanding of DFMEA, DFM/DFA, tolerance analysis, and automotive manufacturing.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
