• Develop BIW manufacturing process plans.
• Define welding sequences and joining technologies (Spot, MIG/MAG, Laser, Adhesive, Clinching).
• Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), PFMEA, and Control Plans.
• Design and validate BIW welding fixtures and tooling.
• Perform robotic cell layout and cycle time optimization.
• Conduct line balancing and capacity studies.
• Prepare manufacturing documentation and work instructions.
• Support prototype builds, pilot production, and production launch.
• Coordinate with product design teams to improve manufacturability.
• Resolve manufacturing issues during vehicle development.
