For a power generation IPP project in Dubai, UAE, we are mobilizing an Owner’s Engineer team to support EPC design review, construction supervision, site inspection, testing, commissioning, COD readiness, and warranty-period follow-up.

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong EPC, Owner’s Engineer, consultant-side, power generation, utilities, waste-to-energy, biogas, landfill gas, thermal power, or industrial project experience.

We are looking for an Electrical Site Inspector to inspect electrical installation, cable works, panels, earthing, lighting, testing, and commissioning support activities for a confidential power generation IPP project in Dubai.

Key responsibilities include:

·       Inspect installation of cable trays, conduits, cables, terminations, panels, switchgear, transformers, lighting, earthing, and electrical equipment.

·       Verify material receiving, cable pulling, glanding, termination, tagging, and installation quality.

·       Review approved drawings, ITPs, method statements, inspection checklists, and test records.

·       Witness insulation resistance tests, continuity tests, earthing tests, functional tests, and pre-energization checks.

·       Raise observations, NCRs, and punch list items where required.

·       Coordinate with the Electrical Engineer, I&C team, Commissioning Engineer, QA/QC team, and EPC Contractor.

·       Maintain inspection records, daily reports, and quality documentation.

·       Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering.

·       Minimum 7 years of electrical inspection experience.

·       Experience in power generation, utilities, industrial plants, substations, or EPC projects.

·       Strong knowledge of MV/LV installation, cable works, electrical testing, QA/QC, and electrical safety.

·       UAE / GCC experience is preferred.
