Job Title: Contract & Claim Specialist
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

The Contract & Claim Specialist will be responsible for managing contract administration and claims processes to protect project commercial interests. The role will support dispute prevention, claims evaluation, variation assessment, contractual correspondence, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
Administer contracts in line with project requirements and contractual frameworks such as FIDIC.
Manage and evaluate claims including EOT, variations, cost claims, delay claims, and disruption claims.
Prepare and review contractual notices, responses, claim documentation, and supporting records.
Analyze delays, disruptions, and cost impacts in coordination with planning and cost teams.
Support negotiations, dispute resolution, and settlement of claims.
Monitor contract compliance and identify commercial risks and mitigation measures.
Maintain records of correspondence, claims, variations, instructions, and contractual decisions.
Provide regular reports on contract status, claims exposure, risks, and commercial matters.
Coordinate with legal, planning, cost control, project management, and technical teams.

Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in contracts administration, claims management, or commercial management.
Experience on large infrastructure, rail, construction, or mega projects is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC and major international contract forms.
Experience in claims preparation, assessment, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
Familiarity with project controls, planning, cost, and delay analysis.
Excellent contractual interpretation, documentation, and negotiation skills.
