Job Description
SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Engineer specializing in Material Review and Compliance to support technical architectural material reviews for a major High-Speed Rail project.
Responsibilities
Oversee architectural material selection, specification reviews, and compliance verification across railway depot buildings.
Review architectural material technical submittals against project specifications and approved requirements.
Verify technical data sheets, compliance statements, certifications, and supporting documentation.
Ensure architectural materials align with sustainability, aesthetic, and technical project requirements.
Review material compliance with applicable sustainability requirements, LEED principles, and UAE Green Building Regulations.
Coordinate material approvals with architectural design, engineering, procurement, and quality teams.
Identify material deviations and follow up on technical clarifications.
Maintain material review and approval records.
Ensure submitted materials meet applicable standards and project requirements.
Perfil
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience.
Extensive experience in architectural material selection, specification review, and technical compliance.
Strong knowledge of architectural construction materials, specifications, and approval procedures.
Experience reviewing architectural material technical submittals and compliance documentation.
Knowledge of sustainability, LEED, and UAE Green Building Regulations.
Strong experience in material specification compliance and technical submittal review.
Railway, metro, HSR, or major infrastructure project experience preferred.
Excellent technical documentation and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
