Missão
SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced HSE Manager for construction supervision on a major renewable energy project in Umm Al Quwain, UAE.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor project HSE compliance and contractor safety performance.
• Review HSE plans, risk assessments and method statements.
• Conduct site safety audits and inspections.
• Coordinate incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with applicable UAE HSE requirements.
• Prepare HSE performance reports and support safety meetings.
Perfil
Requirements:
• Relevant engineering or HSE qualification.
• Significant HSE management experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience with EPC contractors and multidisciplinary site activities.
• Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international safety practices.
• Relevant professional HSE certifications desirable.
