Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Production Process & SAP Routing Lead to lead the production-process workstream of a manufacturing improvement project.
The consultant will define the production-cycle methodology, oversee time-analysis activities and ensure that SAP routings are accurate, validated and approved.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the assessment of current production standards.
- Define the methodology for cycle and routing documentation.
- Review and approve process sheets and production cycles.
- Lead cycle-time, standard-time and productivity assessments.
- Resolve gaps between shopfloor practice and SAP data.
- Define production resources, dependencies and quality controls.
- Oversee preparation and validation of SAP routings.
- Ensure system changes are tested and traceable.
- Coordinate with production, quality, SAP and industrial-engineering teams.
- Review junior and specialist outputs.
- Lead plant workshops and approval meetings.
- Ensure final handover and plant-owner sign-off.
Perfil
Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Production Engineering.
- Between 10 and 15 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive manufacturing process and industrial-engineering experience.
- Previous leadership of production-cycle, methods or routing projects.
- Advanced SAP PP and routing knowledge.
- Strong time-study, MTM, MOST or work-measurement experience.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary plant teams.
- Strong governance and stakeholder-management capability.
- Professional English and Arabic communication skills.
