• Design technical electrical solutions based on system requirements and installation prerequisites.
• Lead and support component installation and media routing for bus electrical systems.
• Develop and investigate new and existing wiring harness solutions using CATIA and KOLA.
• Create and maintain electrical layouts and design documentation in CATIA.
• Develop new engineering solutions and document them in KAP.
• Collaborate closely with project teams and Platform Development to ensure efficient and high-quality design solutions.
• Support prototype (PIL) activities and implement engineering changes and project adjustments.
• Take technical ownership of assigned tasks and provide leadership within projects when required.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience in electrical design and wiring harness development.
• Strong proficiency in Saber for 2D wiring design (mandatory).
• Experience with CATIA V5, particularly wiring harness routing, packaging, and installation design.
• Experience routing electrical wiring harnesses, power cables, or similar media such as pneumatic pipes or brake hoses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience leading technical activities or projects.
• High level of commitment and a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
