Location: Dubai, UAE Project Type: Confidential power generation IPP project Contract Type: Project-based assignment

We are looking for a Civil Site Inspector to inspect civil and structural works for a confidential power generation IPP project in Dubai.

Key responsibilities include:

·       Inspect earthworks, excavation, backfilling, formwork, reinforcement, concrete works, foundations, buildings, roads, drainage, and related civil works.

·       Verify works against approved drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and inspection checklists.

·       Witness civil tests including concrete testing, soil compaction, material receiving inspections, and quality checks.

·       Identify site defects, non-conformities, unsafe conditions, and punch list items.

·       Maintain inspection records, daily reports, photographic records, and quality documentation.

·       Coordinate with the Civil Engineer, QA/QC team, EPC Contractor, and HSE team.

·       Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.

·       Minimum 7 years of civil site inspection experience.

·       Experience in industrial, power, utility, infrastructure, or EPC projects.

·       Strong knowledge of civil inspection, concrete works, foundations, and QA/QC documentation.

·       UAE / GCC experience is preferred.
