Missão
- Support customers in integrating Business aircraft into their operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide strong troubleshooting support to help resolve technical and operational aircraft issues effectively.
- Prioritize and escalate technical or operational concerns within both the customer’s organization and Bombardier as required.
- Deliver informal training and share technical, operational, and logistical knowledge related to aircraft operation and maintenance.
- Keep Bombardier management informed of key operational and maintenance issues affecting customer aircraft.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer procedures and overall aircraft operations.
- Encourage adoption of recommended actions to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Share Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and other relevant Bombardier documentation to clarify intent and highlight operational improvements.
- Deliver reports in accordance with established schedules and requirements.
- Lead or support field teams during modification retrofits, product upgrades, and damage repairs at customer facilities or service centres.
- Effectively navigate and utilise internal customer support and in-service processes.
- Identify and escalate recurring fleet issues to Technical Services for potential product improvements.
- Participate in customer meetings, including fleet reliability and operational reviews.
- Travel to service facilities as required to support complex troubleshooting or customer requests.
Perfil
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of aviation maintenance experience.

At least 2 years of experience working on Business aircraft, including:
- Global 5000 / 6000
- Global 7500
- Challenger 300 / 350
- Challenger 605 / 650
- Strong aircraft troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office, databases, email, and web-based systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and regulatory agencies.
- Ability to write professional reports and correspondence.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
