Rockwell PLC programming: ControlLogix / CompactLogix in Studio 5000 – ladder, structured text,
AOIs, UDTs, tags, MSG instructions, EtherNet/IP
Siemens PLC programming: S7-1200 / S7-1500 in TIA Portal – LAD / FBD / SCL, FBs / FCs, DBs, S7
and OPC UA communication
Siemens CNC – SINUMERIK 840D sl: machine data, NC program basics, alarms, operating modes,
SINUMERIK Operate and OPC UA interface for collecting machine, program, alarm and axis data
PLC debugging: online monitoring, tracing values and handshakes, checking communication status
Industrial controls & automation: machine states, cycles, alarms, interlocks; sensor → PLC → edge
