Missão

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop automotive BIW components using UG NX (Siemens NX).

  2. Work on BIW structures such as:

    • Upper Body

    • Under Body

    • BIW Closures

    • Side Body

    • Floor Panel

    • Roof Panel

    • A-Pillar, B-Pillar and C-Pillar

    • Door, Hood and Tailgate

  3. Perform 3D modelling, part modelling, assembly design and 2D drawings.

  4. Work on sheet metal component design and development.

  5. Perform design validation, packaging and clearance checks.

  6. Ensure manufacturability and feasibility of BIW components.

  7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product development.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong experience in UG NX / Siemens NX.

  • Automotive BIW design experience.

  • Sheet Metal Design.

  • 3D Modelling and Assembly Design.

  • GD&T and Engineering Drawings.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and tooling feasibility.

  • Teamcenter / PLM knowledge is an added advantage.
