Missão
Are you passionate about automotive cybersecurity and eager to play a decisive role in taking next-generation vehicles to the market? We are looking for a Cybersecurity Epic Owner / Technical Project Manager to drive the final, critical stages of product cybersecurity work within our platform project—ensuring successful compliance with UNECE R155 Vehicle Type Approval (VTA).
In this role, you will be the bridge between technical execution, risk management, and regulatory compliance. You will lead cross-functional efforts to ensure all vehicle development activities align with UNECE R155 requirements, managing dependencies, timing, and risk mitigations to secure our CS Case prior to VTA submission, for one of our client.
Your main tasks include:
- Drive and document all platform development activities to ensure full alignment and compliance with UNECE R155 regulations.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks related to R155 compliance. Formulate and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Epic Owners, Product Owners, System Architects, Certification Teams, Governance Bodies, and external partners to integrate cybersecurity seamlessly across the platform.
- Develop, refine, and manage long-term and short-term cybersecurity roadmaps and Epics, ensuring high-quality execution within target timelines.
- Work alongside Vehicle Cybersecurity Architects to finalize the Product Cybersecurity Case (PCS Case) and actively participate in audits, technical discussions, and formal reviews required for Vehicle Type Approval.

Qualifications:
Proven Cybersecurity Experience: Background in automotive cybersecurity, specifically with CS vehicle type approval audits, CS certification processes, and ISO/SAE 21434 / UNECE R155 frameworks.
Solid technical leadership skills with a track record of motivating and guiding cross-functional engineering teams.
Fluent in English with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills—capable of translating complex technical topics for diverse stakeholders.
Bonus: Prior experience with large-scale automotive Agile environments is a strong plus.
