Position Overview

We are seeking a Feature Systems Engineer to lead the definition, tracking, and alignment of Customer Feature Objectives (CFOs) across global vehicle platforms. In this role, you will bridge customer expectations and technical delivery by translating voice-of-customer clinics and competitive benchmarking into clear, executable feature requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a unified global strategy for new feature development on both platform and program-specific applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • CFO Lifecycle Management: Efficiently create, update, baseline, and track Customer Feature Objectives (CFOs) throughout the product development lifecycle.

  • Requirements & Alignment Analysis: Perform technical analyses to ensure all CFO specifications align with overarching project goals, engineering standards, and system architecture constraints.

  • Global Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with multidisciplinary engineering teams to establish and deploy best practices for new feature introductions.

  • Platform & Program Integration: Support feature rollout across both broad vehicle platforms and program-specific implementations.

  • Voice of Customer & Benchmarking: Conduct competitive product benchmarking and customer clinic evaluations to inform feature definitions and acceptance criteria.
