Master or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems

• At least 15 years of professional experience in power systems consulting

business, preferably with renewable and grid integration projects

• Hands-on experience in electrification solutions and power system

studies such as load flow studies, short circuit calculations, dynamic

simulations, EMT

• Sound knowledge of electrical power system design, modelling,

control, stability and protection

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving under complex operating

conditions

• Strong technical knowledge of power equipment like generators,

switchgears, transformers, BESS, reactive power compensation

• Proficiency in industry-leading simulation tools (PSS/E, Power Factory,

PSCAD).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for collaboration

with cross-functional teams and technical presentations
