Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field (preferred: Mechanical Engineering). 

 5+ years of relevant experience in cost engineering, procurement/manufacturing engineering, or technically driven supplier collaboration (or comparable engineering roles). Working knowledge of E-Houses is a plus. 

 Strong analytical and cost-engineering skills (should-costing, value engineering, and evaluation of supplier data and quotations). 

 Clear, structured communication skills and the ability to collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Project Management, and suppliers. 

 Strong Excel skills and digital/tool proficiency; experience with TcPCM, aPriori, NX, or similar tools is a plus. Knowledge of advanced data management and multilinear performance pricing (MLPP) is an advantage.
