We are looking for a Quality Analyst – SQM Agent to drive supplier performance and enable long-term quality transformation. In this strategic role, you will focus on preventing issues before they occur by leveraging data, risk insights and strong supplier partnerships. You will act as a key driver of continuous improvement and supplier maturity across your portfolio.

In your role, you will:

·        Analyze quality data to anticipate risks and prevent issues

·        Maintain a clear end-to-end view of supplier performance

·        Lead structured supplier performance reviews

·        Drive supplier improvement plans (QIP), RSA, and continuous improvement initiatives

·        Strengthen supplier capabilities and foster a proactive quality culture

• You have a minimum of ten (10) years experience.

• As our ideal candidate:

  You have strong experience in supplier quality, audits, or APQP

  You demonstrate a strong analytical and strategic mindset

  You have solid knowledge of quality systems, audits, and performance management

  You are an excellent communicator with strong influencing skills

  You are proactive and oriented toward continuous improvement and long-term impact

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
