Segula is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Android Developer to join our team for a key assignment within the automotive and connectivity sector. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for developing and maintaining a multi-brand Android infotainment system.

This position focuses on core Android software updates, data logging, and data collection functions within an agile framework. You will handle the full software development lifecycle, balancing new feature development with the maintenance of existing high-performance systems, balancing new feature development with the maintenance of existing high-performance systems.

• Collaborate within an agile team to refine features, analyze requirements, and design software solutions.

• Develop, test, and review full-stack Android software using Kotlin, Java, and C++.

• Drive both the new development of next-generation infotainment features and the ongoing maintenance of current products.

• Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing practices and peer code reviews.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team collaboration, throughput, and product quality.

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience as a full-stack Android developer with strong proficiency in Kotlin, Java, and C++.

• Industry Experience: Previous experience in embedded automotive software development is highly desirable and will ensure a smooth onboarding process.

• Engineering Mindset: A strong analytical approach characterized by curiosity and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.

• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across and outside immediate engineering teams.

• Agile Methodology (Meritorious): A passion for team ways of working and continuous improvement processes to enhance overall project delivery.
